2. Product Placement & Layout Optimization

  • Adapt layouts based on seasonal collections, regional preferences, and performance data.

3. E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising

  • Ensure high-quality product images, descriptions, and categorization for online stores.

  • Work with digital marketing teams to align website visuals with brand campaigns.

  • Implement strategies like 360° product views, AR try-ons, and interactive visuals.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, sales, and buying teams to align visual merchandising with campaigns.

5. Trend & Consumer Behavior Analysis
