3. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Create and oversee content strategies for social media, websites, and email marketing.

  • Develop digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and e-commerce conversions.

  • Utilize paid media, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing.

4. Consumer Engagement & Brand Activation

  • Organize events, pop-ups, and athlete/influencer collaborations.

  • Leverage storytelling through athlete endorsements and lifestyle marketing.

  • Engage in grassroots marketing, community building, and experiential activations.

5. Retail & Merchandising Support

  • Work with merchandising and sales teams to align in-store marketing with digital efforts.

  • Create visual merchandising strategies and promotional materials.

  • Support wholesale partners with marketing toolkits and co-branded campaigns.

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance through KPIs, sales impact, and engagement metrics.

  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights and market trends.

  • Ensure a strong ROI on marketing investments.
