  • Unless you've ordered a special or custom item, orders generally ship within 24 hours of being placed, but processing can take up to 3 business days.

  • U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, depending on weight and destination. For U.S. orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

  • International orders ship via FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy, and USPS Priority Mail Express, depending on weight and destination. For international orders, please allow 4 to 7 business days for FedEx deliveries and up to 2-3 weeks for USPS deliveries.

  • Nice Things NYC distribution comes from 2 different warehouses, so some shipments may arrive at separate times.
  • Nice Things NYC is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. Courier company holds full responsibility once departure from Nice Things NYC Shipping. Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly with the courier for issues of reimbursement.




All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

  • We will process your return within 4 days of receiving it. Then it usually takes your bank 3-7 days to apply the refund to your account.

  • Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box, with no damage to box and no postage affixed to box.

  • We do not accept returns for used or damaged items.

  • Invoice or Email receipt must be included in return package.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  • All items must be postmarked to Good Thin.gs within 15 days of purchase.
